INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS - ONLINE OR IN PERSON

Individual sessions can take place in person in Geneva or online.

Online, I use figurines to represent the different people or elements involved in the situation — family members, relationships, a project, a difficulty or anything else that may be relevant to the constellation.

In person, we work face to face, allowing us to explore and experience together what emerges through the informational field of the constellation.

Individual session: CHF 150 · approximately 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours

IN A GROUP

I organise Family Constellation groups in Geneva in a small and intimate setting. Each person exploring their own constellation is supported by representatives from the group.

Participating as a representative is also an important part of the experience. Throughout the day, members of the group may be invited to take part in one another’s constellations.

A day of Family Constellations can be intense and deeply engaging. It is also an opportunity to experience the collective dimension of this work, with moments of powerful sharing and rare beauty, particularly when a constellation finds its resolution.

Groups are offered in both French and English in Geneva.

THE PERSON BEING CONSTELLATED 

The person being constellated is at the heart of their own constellation, supported by the group. Other participants may be invited to represent members of their family system, relationships or other elements connected to the situation being explored.

Whenever possible, I invite the person to take an active part in their own constellation, allowing them to remain fully present in their story and experience what emerges for themselves.

At times, a representative may initially take their place. The person can then step into the constellation themselves when the moment feels right.

OCCUPYING THE PLACE OF A REPRESENTATIVE

Those who participate as representatives place themselves at the service of the person being constellated. The situations explored by others may sometimes resonate with aspects of their own story, making the experience meaningful for them as well.

As representatives, participants are invited to pay attention to what they perceive and experience — sensations, emotions, movements or other information that may emerge within the informational field of the Constellation.

Through the collective intelligence of the group and the information that emerges through each representative, the dynamics of the situation gradually become visible. Together, the group participates in exploring a movement towards greater balance, allowing each person to find their rightful place within the family system.
